Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK Customers)

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer residing in a member state of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (for example, via email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (if applicable), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Responsibility for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
This particularly applies to worn or damaged clothing.

Customers in Switzerland, the USA and Canada:

Orders shipped to countries where no statutory right of withdrawal applies are not eligible for return unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sienamoncello.com We will review the case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Returns of undamaged and correctly delivered items cannot be accepted for logistical reasons.
